Step 1: Shake well before use as natural oils may settle, then apply an appropriate amount to the scalp and hair and massage gently for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Use 2–3 times weekly, leave for 1–2 hours only, then wash thoroughly with shampoo.

Before you start: You will need the Hair Mask Kit Tools — the bowl, brush and gloves this treatment is mixed and applied with.

Step 1: Mix two scoops of the mask with warm — not hot — water, milk or coconut milk until it forms a smooth, spreadable cream.

Step 2: Apply to clean, damp hair with a brush, working from the roots through the lengths and ends and massaging gently into the scalp.

Step 3: Cover the hair and leave on for 1 to 2 hours, then rinse and wash with shampoo. Use once or twice weekly as needed.

Good to know: The blend carries pumpkin seed oil, so hair is left feeling soft and shiny rather than rough or dry.
