This website is operated by Rooté Bloom. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Rooté Bloom. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, together with the policies referenced in them, including our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this site.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept it, so please check back occasionally.

Using this site

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in the emirate or country where you live, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependant of yours to use this site. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not breach any law applicable in the United Arab Emirates in using this site.

You may not use the site to transmit any malicious code, to interfere with its security features, to scrape or harvest its content, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or to any related system.

Products

We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen renders them exactly. Because our formulas are botanical, small variations in colour, texture and scent between batches are normal and are not a defect.

Products may be available exclusively online, and may be in limited quantity. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product we sell to any person or region, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse any order at our discretion.

Cosmetic products and your health

Our products are cosmetics for external use on the hair and scalp. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site — including the hair quiz, the ingredient library and any product description — is medical advice or a diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a qualified professional.

Please read the label before use, patch test a new product before applying it fully, keep products out of reach of children, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, or if you have a scalp condition, consult your doctor or a dermatologist before use. Results described anywhere on this site are typical outcomes reported with consistent use and are not guaranteed — hair and scalp respond differently from person to person.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees are set out in our Shipping Policy and are added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any error in a price or a product description, and to cancel an order placed at an incorrect price, even after the order has been confirmed. Where we cancel such an order, we refund it in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase, and to update it promptly so that we can complete your order and contact you if we need to.

Orders, shipping and returns

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy, and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making a decision. Any reliance on it is at your own risk. The site may contain historical information, which is not current and is provided for reference.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, product copy, photography, illustration, graphics, logos and the Rooté Bloom name — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

This site may contain links to third-party websites and use third-party services, including payment processors and delivery partners. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party, and we encourage you to read their own terms before using them.

User submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, suggestions or other material, whether at our request or not, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute it in any medium without restriction or obligation to you. You agree that your submissions will not violate anyone else’s rights and will not contain unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us; you may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use the site.

Governing law

These terms of service, and any separate agreement by which we provide you with products, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
